Depth maps are only available for Fishbrain Pro members. Anglers located in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand have the option to switch between two depth maps providers including Navico's C-Map Genesis Social and Navionics HD depth maps. Fishbrain works together with these partners to show some of the best depth maps on the market.
Navionics HD Sonarchart™ HD depth maps are offered only to Fishbrain Pro anglers in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. These maps feature 1-ft bottom contour details for marine areas and larger lakes and rivers. You can read more about Navionics maps here.
Important: Navionics availability in Fishbrain is based on your phone’s location/country setting.
If you want to use Navionics and switch between supported countries, you may need to change your phone’s location/country (and restart the app) to see Navionics maps for that country.
C-Map Genesis Social is offered to all Fishbrain Pro users globally. These depth maps are generated based on data uploaded by customers. Hence, more populated areas have better coverage. You can read more about the Genesis Social Map here.
