Fishbrain has mapped millions of acres of land nationwide so that you can get precise information about land ownership & parcel boundaries - important information when scouting fishing access. There are two map layers available to Fishbrain Pro members, which can be enabled or disabled through the “Map Options” settings in the Fishbrain map.
The “Parks & government land” map layer highlights government-owned land parcels throughout the map. Tap any parcel to get more information about the land and its owner.
The “Private land” map layer includes data for millions of privately owned parcels, ensuring you can get the full picture of land ownership in any area you are considering fishing. Note that this features is currently available only on iOS.
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of any information presented, and for following all applicable fishing regulations and access laws in that area. Fishbrain makes every effort to maintain our dataset of land areas, combining information from federal, state and local government sources.
